These terms apply to every purchase made on nopulldog.com (the "Store"), operated by NoPullDog. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products and their colours accurately, but screens vary. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Promotional prices apply while displayed on the product page. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, in which case we refund you in full.

Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock issues or an incorrect price; you are refunded in full if we do. Payment is collected at the time of order through our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

Personalization
Personalized name patches are made to order. Please check the spelling before you submit; we print exactly what you enter. Personalized items are still covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty.

Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges and the Lifetime Warranty are described in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Use of the harness
A harness is walking equipment, not a restraint for vehicles or a substitute for supervision. Check the fit before each walk and inspect buckles and straps regularly. Stop using the harness if any part is damaged and contact us for a warranty replacement.

Intellectual property
The NoPullDog name, logo, photos and text on this Store belong to NoPullDog and may not be copied without written permission.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NoPullDog is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Store or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
