90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want your dog to love the NoPullDog harness as much as we do. If it isn't right for you or your dog, you have 90 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund of the product price. No questions asked.

How to start a return
1. Email us at danieltcommerce@gmail.com with your order number and, if you like, a sentence about what didn't work. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
2. Pack the harness in any box or mailer. It does not need to be unused: we accept harnesses that have been worn and washed. Personalized name patches are covered by the guarantee too.
3. Ship it back. Return shipping within the United States is on us: we email you a prepaid label.

Refunds
Once the return arrives we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct.

Exchanges
Wrong size or colour? Email us and we send the replacement right away, before your return arrives, at no extra cost. Use our size guide on the product page (chest measurement just behind the front legs) if you are between sizes.

Lifetime Warranty
Every NoPullDog harness is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship: buckles, stitching, straps, D-rings and the handle. If a part fails in normal use at any time, email us a photo and your order number and we replace the harness free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage from chewing, cutting, or loss.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we send a replacement immediately.
