Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order in the United States. No minimum.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Personalized harnesses (with a name patch) may take 1 extra business day for the patch to be made. You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take 5 to 8 business days. We currently ship to the United States only.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email or contact us with your order number and we will look it up for you.

Address changes
Email us at danieltcommerce@gmail.com right after ordering if you need to change your address. We can update it until the order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or the package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, email us. We will open a carrier investigation and, if the package cannot be located, send a replacement at no charge.
